Personally Identifying Information We Collect
“Personally identifying information” is data that can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person.
- We collect your name, email address, and telephone number when you use the Website “contact us” feature.
- If you register for an online account, we collect your name and email address, and ask you to create a unique user name and password.
- To pay a bill online, we collect the user name and password associated with your online account. Your online account will also display your name, delivery address, email address, and telephone number. We use this account information to process your purchase and communicate with you about it. We do not collect payment card when you pay your bill online, which you must supply directly to our third party payment processor via their linked portal during checkout, to complete the purchase. The payment processor has its own separate privacy policies, which we do not control.

We use information we collect, including your personally identifying information and Use Data, to make the Website and our services through the Website available, to provide products, services, features and functionality users have requested, communicate about them with users, and support, manage, troubleshoot, protect and improve the Website and our related offerings.
