​Return Policy

Cell Phones & Broadband Modems (CDMA, LTE):
  • All returns must include the original box, power cables, and any other contents. ​Missing Contents subject to additional fees.
  • If activated within 3 business days (including purchase date), equipment will be returned without a restocking fee.
  • If active for more than 3 business days but active less than 14 days, the phone can be returned with a $25 restocking fee.
  • If the returned item is more than $25 in value, the restocking fee will be adjusted to 50% of the advertised sales price.
  • Devices active for more than 14 days cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Online or phone orders will be evaluated from the delivery date of the device, and customer initiation of the return request.
  • Outdoor Modems will be evaluated from the installation date, and customer initiation of the return request.
Phone Accessories & Top-Up Cards:
All sales are final.
Service & Fee Refunds:
  • ​Full Refund:  Service cancellations made within 3 business days (including purchase date) of the original activation date.
  • 50% Refund:  Service active for more than 3 business days but active less than 14 days.
  • No refund will be issued for service more than 14 days after original activation date.
  • Connect/Activation Fees are non-refundable after 3 days of original activation date.
  • Installation Fees are non-refundable.
  • Outdoor Modem installation fees and connect/activation fees are fully refundable if a Choice approved installer can validate that the coverage conditions are not adequate.
