With funding from the Arizona Commerce Authority (ACA) and support from Salt River Project (SRP) and Tucson Electric Power (TEP), Apache County is working with Ethos Broadband – A Commnet Broadband Company to implement a fiber network which connects more than 3,000 homes and businesses in eight communities to high-speed internet. The eight communities will include Alpine, Concho, Eagar, Greer, Nutrioso, Springerville, St. Johns and Vernon. The project consists of fiber to the home (FTTH) utilizing the pre-existing middle mile fiber owned by Commnet Broadband – Doing Business as Ethos Broadband. In addition, Ethos is planning to work with the county and local communities to build high speed fiber between their facilities, ultimately improving productivity and public safety.

March 27, 2024, Pojoaque High School – Ethos Broadband, a leading high speed internet provider, is thrilled to announce the launch of services in the following communities with a festive ribbon-cutting ceremony. The event took place on March 13, 2024 at 11:00am and was open to the public.
About the New Market: The new market launch marks a significant milestone for Ethos Broadband as we expand our presence to better serve high speed internet to the residents and businesses in the community.This next-generation fixed wireless access (ngFWA) technology, has been officially deployed in the Pojoaque Valley District. This is the first of many upgraded networks that will equip residents and businesses of both Santa Fe and Rio Arriba County communities.
