ONLINE PAYMENTS MAY NOT POST TO YOUR ACCOUNT THE SAME DAY THE PAYMENT IS MADE. If you are making an online payment on the disconnection date to avoid disruption of service, you must call Ethos Broadband at 833-650-0480 with details of your payment amount and reference number in order to avoid disconnection of your service.
